exitCO2 Contract

ExitCO2 offers a contract, that shows how many tons of CO2 your business has compensated with our help.

The steps for getting that certificate are quite simple:

First Step

First we define your companies CO2 footprint or the CO2 equivalent emissions of your company per year.

These emissions will be multiplied by factor 30.

second Step

Then we calculate the effective investment necessary to compensate for this footprint for 30 years. The investment may take place in solar or wind energy projects preferably.

It is important to invest in additional – not yet existing – projects in order to realize an effective und true compensation of your emissions.

Third Step

This investment obligation is legally organized by a contract under private law. In many cases we use additional bank loans to leverage your investment.

It may be useful to combine several investors in one larger project.

Fourth Step

You get an annual report of the compensation effect of your investment. You will not be involved in planning, realizing or operating the project.

You will get a private certificate for your investment. We will work in a transparent and open minded way to give you all important information concerning the project, its conditions and effects.

last Step

Depending on your jurisdiction we will take care for the legal and tax effects of your investment.

In many cases we could help to organize a significant tax reduction.
